The blockbuster flick, “Iron Man 3” will be shown May 2 at 9 p.m. at Suffern’s historic Lafayette Theatre, the oldest movie theater in Rockland.
The movie will be in 3D, with the theater opening at 8:30 p.m. The movie is based upon the exploits of a Marvel Comics superhero and his alter-ego, Tony Stark, a millionaire playboy and munitions manufacturer.
The film stars Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle.
The theater, located at 97 Lafayette Ave., has a 1,000 seat capacity, convenient parking, a traditional large silver screen and Dolby stereo sound.
