Haverstraw town’s Office of Receiver of Taxes will be extending its hours to accommodate school taxpayers. The office, which normally closes at 5 p.m., will remain open until 8 p.m. both on Sept. 26 and Sept. 27. Call 845-942-3720 for more information.
