Sure Rockland County is in financial ruin and our Dispatcher Sheriff continues to fund the mounted unit a million dollar program, by the sheriff dept own admission is funded by shifting money from one program to another, [sloppy leadership] other counties [westchester] have eliminated their mounted unit, saving the million dollars But Dispatcher Falco resist to cut anything, 911 where is your emergency?
