The Rockland Housing Action Coalition, in partnership with Provident Bank, will be hosting a credit counseling seminar for first-time homebuyers from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Haverstraw Community Center at 50 W. Broad St., Haverstraw.
