Penguin Rep Theatre, Rockland County’s professional theatre, holds its sixth annual auction Oct. 9 at the Stony Point Conference Center, up the street from the theatre at 17 Crickettown Road in Stony Point.

Andrew Horn, Penguin’s executive director, says the bidding will be open to online action this year, at the Bidding for Good website.
“So if you can’t attend, you can go on-line and place your bid now,” Horn added.
Professional auctioneer Gordon Rauer will preside over the bidding. Preview at 2 p.m., with the auction beginning at 3 p.m. Refreshments will be available. Proceeds from the auction benefit Penguin Rep, now celebrating its 34th season.
