Nyack Middle School PTA Meeting Postponed

Because of the storms expected to hit the region this evening, the Nyack Middle School PTA has postponed its scheduled Thursday meeting.

The meeting has been rescheduled for Oct. 6.

Hello all! Just to give you a brief idea about my background: I grew up in Rockland and attended Clarkstown schools until attending Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y. After graduating with an B.A. in English, I attended Fordham University, where I received an M.A. in Communications and Media Studies. Between 2005 and 2009, I wrote content for several websites in Manhattan and worked for The Journal News as a freelance reporter. In November of 2009, I was hired on as a full time staff writer. I recently read NPR's top 50 albums of the decade and disagreed with 98 percent of it. My own top 5 albums of the decade (in no particular order) would look something like: Rachael Yamagata - "Elephants...
