Juvenile American eels are displayed at the Minisceongo Creek near West Haverstraw Village Hall March 31, 2010. Volunteers were given instructions for an upcoming eel monitoring program being run by the NYS DEC Hudson River Estuary Program and the Hudson River National Estuarine Research Reserve.
