Temperatures hovered around 21 degrees Fahrenheit up at the ice-skating rink where I photographed five-year-old Phoebe DiNardo today, all bundled up with rosy cheeks while skating with her father Ben.
Meanwhile, Jack Smiechowski got a helping hand from his mother Katy as they made their way around the rink.
